The gîte is located next to the owner’s house in Meursault. There are two floors with a total surface of 45m².
Tis 4 person gîte with all modern conveniences is listed as « 2 épis » by the « Gîte de France ».

Living room with a kitchenette (hotplates, fridge, microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and all the crockery and kitchen ustensils). Full sized sofa bed and colour TV.

A nicely equipped bedroom with a double bed.
A shower with a toilet.
On the first floor…
Prices for a week :
Peak season : 320euros
Off season : 240 euros
Between peak and off season : 270 euros.
You can also rent for a weekend ( Friday evening + Saturday evening) : 180 euros Or for a mid-week (Monday evening + Tuesday evening + Wednesday evening + Thursday evening) : 180 euros, only in off season.
These prices include heating and according to the option gîte + : sheets, bathroom linen, household linen and housework at the end of your stay.
